As each item is handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, size and finish are to be expected. These differences are part of the character and uniqueness of handmade products and should not be considered defects.
We make every effort to display products and colours accurately, but colours may vary depending on your screen or device.
4. Pricing
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices may change at any time without notice. However, any confirmed order will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Where applicable, delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
We do not store your payment card details.
Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been successfully received.
6. Shipping
Dispatch times are provided as estimates and may vary during busy periods, holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been handed to the delivery service, responsibility for delivery times rests with the courier.
If your parcel appears to be lost or delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

8. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.

- Wood grain, stone, fabric, wool and other natural materials will differ from item to item.
- Measurements may vary slightly.
These characteristics are part of the charm of handmade craftsmanship.

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with their purchase.
Improper use, misuse or failure to follow care instructions may reduce the lifespan of handmade items.
